The clients’ sophisticated style made the renovation of this house an ambitious and stimulating challenge: our first task was to create a house that fully and authentically reflected their style and personality.
From the moment you cross the entrance door, an elegant and refined universe will capture your gaze, giving you an engaging visual and sensorial experience. Bold colours, expertly combined with Art Deco style decorations and accessories, are a perfectly balanced with the dynamic lines of the plasterboard false ceilings and the contemporary style permeating the all space, generating a perfect union between past and present.
The possibility of combining the kitchen and the living area created a large, airy and welcoming living space, where the rhythm of geometric decorations gives this interior the character of Art Deco style. The kitchen, placed at the centre of this spatial transformation, thus becomes the house’s beating heart.
The peninsula, with its dual function of induction hob and large integrated snack top, is configured as an ideal connection between the kitchen and the living area. It creates a perfect synergy of functionality and conviviality during those moments dedicated to preparing meals.

The hexagonal tiles of the Roma line by Fap Ceramiche in porcelain stoneware play the role of defining the border between the kitchen and the living area. The tiles’ staggered interlocking installation perfectly joins with the pre-existing parquet floor, and it creates a fluid transition between the two different environments.

This nuance not only characterizes the surrounding walls with elegant golden decorations, but it also finds correspondence in the sofa covering and in some furnishing accessories, creating a visual continuity that gives a sense of coherence and style.
The background of this environment become really important. The tailor-made creation of a plasterboard wall system harmoniously organizes the niches, giving order to the fireplace, television and furnishing accessories.
The skilful combination of the different elements making up this bathroom creates a refined balance between black and white. The polyethylene boiseries enrich the bathroom walls in a rational and geometric way, replacing traditional tile coverings. In reference to the optical style, the stoneware tiles from the Scenario line by Marazzi Ceramiche make the floor a distinctive element. To accentuate the idea of elite character, the suspended sanitary ware, in an elegant black shade, are combined with brushed gold finish taps.

The first glance is that of an environment with dark tones, but at the same time sophisticated. The walls and floor are covered with Thunder night marble-effect slabs from the Prexious line by Florim Ceramiche, in contrast with the Rêve perle slabs of the shower: this choice creates a surprising visual effect. The taps and lighting fixtures with brushed gold finishes perfectly fit into that context of luxury and elegance we wanted for this bathroom.
